Teams consist of a group of users working together for some task. In this page we will see how to create a team on our platform and add or remove members from the team.

Creating a team

One can simply create a team using our UI in few simple steps mentioned below :

  • Go to the Settings section.
  • Then go to the Teams.
  • You can see the list of all the teams over there.
  • You can add new team by clicking on the Add team button at the top right corner.
  • Write the name of team and add members as shown below.

Adding members to a team

You can add members while creating the team by simply searching name or email pf the person you want to add.

Finally, save the team.

Edit name and members of the team

One can also edit team for the following purposes

  • You can add or remove members from a existing team.
  • You can also rename the team name as per your wish.

We can simply do this by the Edit option present at the right side of each team.

Then you can simply edit the name and members of the team as shown in the figure below.


Adding a team as a collaborator in any workspace.

Instead of adding every user to the workspace, one can simply add the team directly.
